About the position

The SQA Tester position involves assisting with the testing and preparation for customer migration related to the ISO 20022 project for a banking client. The role focuses on payment template migration, data analysis, and user guide creation, ensuring effective customer education and support throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the testing and preparation for customer migration for the ISO 20022 project.
• Conduct payment data analysis, clean-up, and upload to the new production system.
• Create customer user guides for payment creation and entitlement management.
• Provide customer education and support for payment template data updates and new functionalities.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented with strong data analysis skills.
• Experience in user guide creation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Word.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with customer interaction experience.
• Bilingual in Japanese and English (preferred but negotiable).
• Knowledge of ISO standards is a plus.
