Responsibilities
- Handle multifunctional database projects.
- Administer development/test databases.
- Design, implement, and maintain new databases.
- Perform backup/recovery and configuration management.
- Install database management systems (DBMS) and related software tools.
- Provide input for modification of procedures and documentation used for problem resolution and day-to-day maintenance.
Requirements
- A minimum of one year of experience as a SQL Server DBA in a production environment including DBA maintenance tasks, Backup/Recovery, and basic SQL and shell scripting.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience.
