About The Position

The purpose of this accounting position at KRDNA is to maintain control of newly established fixed assets as well as the deposits account, timely and accurately perform all functions related to AP, and maintain the supplier list as approved by management.

Requirements

• High school diploma / GED.
• Knowledge of basic Excel functions.
• Basic Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) skills.
• Strong communications skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• English language competency and legible writing ability.
• Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to work with little to no oversight.

Nice To Haves

• Previous accounting experience.
• BPCS experience.
• FAS experience.

Responsibilities

• Review FA deposits account monthly to remove newly 'in-service' assets.
• Support fixed asset budget planning and control.
• Set up newly in-service assets in fixed asset system (FAS).
• Perform monthly CIP reconciliation.
• Perform monthly AP reconciliation.
• Organize and perform new supplier setup requests in SAP for approval.
• Process approved supplier invoices for payment timely and accurately.
• Create monthly journal entry template related to all AP accruals.
• Create monthly journal entry template related to employee expense reimbursements.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of company credit card statements.
• Initiate payment batches to suppliers via check, ACH, or wire for approval.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of supplier statements.
• Supplier invoice problem resolution.
• Prepare and perform supplier change requests via SAP change request application.
• Perform special projects as requested and related tasks as needed.
