About the position

The SQL Developer will lead the Software Engineering team in designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining software applications, primarily focusing on SQL. This role requires a minimum of three years of experience with SQL and involves collaboration with various departments to define and articulate business and technical requirements. The position is hybrid, requiring three days in the office, with potential for a full in-office model in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of Job Scheduler-based client applications using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Consult with client services teams, manufacturing, and other departments to define and articulate business and technical requirements.
• Define and design solutions for proposed projects with clear or ambiguous requirements.
• Prioritize work to meet milestones and delivery due dates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL, SSIS, and Stored Procedure development and maintenance.
• Experience in delivering multiple large-sized projects from inception to deployment.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
• Deep working knowledge of ODS departments, workflows, business processes, and the industry.
