About the position

The SQL Developer will be responsible for developing data pipelines that support incentive workflows for a leading communications partner. This role requires a strong background in SQL and programming, with a focus on data management and analysis. The position will initially be fully onsite for the first month, transitioning to a hybrid work schedule thereafter.

Responsibilities

• Developing data pipelines that feed the incentive workflows
• Pulling sales data and creating different data sets to create metrics for the incentive process
• Managing the incentives process

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of development experience with a strong focus in SQL/Python
• Strong database knowledge and general programming knowledge
• Familiarity with at least one of the following: PowerBI, Tableau, Databricks, Redshift, Teradata, SQL Server
• Intelligent in problem-solving and solution development
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Great communication and ability to work with multiple business units

• Data Science or Data Analytics background
