About the position

The SQL Developer will be a key member of the Information Systems team, responsible for planning, designing, developing, and implementing SQL and data solutions across various environments. This role involves collaboration with multiple business operations teams to achieve strategic objectives, while also maintaining strong communication channels. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, possess strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop, and implement SQL and data solutions.
• Collaborate with business operations teams to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with business teams to support their strategic objectives.
• Manage and monitor Microsoft 365 services and hybrid infrastructure.
• Assist with the migration of large volumes of data into the cloud platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with user access to cloud services.
• Document changes to systems using change management best practices.
• Provide timely resolution of trouble and incident requests.
• Interact with vendors and IT personnel for problem resolution.
• Lead IT projects and provide guidance on technologies and methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related IT field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience with SQL Server 2017+, Python, Informatica, .NET, Java, Azure, and AWS database administration.
• Experience with SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, and database optimization.
• Familiarity with ODBC connections and third-party products like CrunchTime and Point-of-Sale systems.
• Proficient in PowerBI, Excel, Crystal Reports, Tableau, and PowerShell scripting.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Microsoft Business Office Suite applications.
• Familiarity with UKG UltiPro and FreshService Help Desk.
