About the position

We are seeking a talented SQL Server Developer with a strong background in Know Your Customer (KYC) processes to join our team. As an Onshore Lead, you will collaborate with the KYC domain Subject Matter Experts (SME) and technical SME to ensure the successful management and delivery of offshore resources. This includes taking ownership of the complete expectations and requirements, as well as handling administrative and logistical aspects related to offshore resources. In addition, you will work closely with other KYC teams and Product Owners (POs) to ensure that the KYC database aligns with the KYC Policy domain and business requirements. The primary focus of this role is the development and implementation of the data model for the MS SQL Server database. As part of our client's roadmap and strategy, we are in the process of transitioning everything to the Cloud. Therefore, it is essential that major solutions, such as the KYC database, are cloud-ready. Candidates with exposure to Azure (Az-900 certification or equivalent) are preferred, as this will be crucial for driving and supporting our cloud-focused initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with KYC domain SME and technical SME to manage and deliverables from offshore resources.
• Take ownership of the complete expectations and requirements, ensuring successful delivery.
• Handle administrative and logistics for the offshore resources.
• Work closely with other KYC teams and POs to ensure alignment with KYC Policy domain and business requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience with developing and implementing data models for MS SQL Server databases.
• Strong background in KYC processes and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure (Az-900 certification or equivalent is a plus).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both onshore and offshore teams.
