Akkodis is seeking an SQL Developer for a contract position in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on supporting operational reporting and portfolio controls while driving process automation and quality assurance improvements across various programs. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders to deliver effective reporting and control solutions, ensuring compliance with data governance standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing, designing, and developing data solutions using SQL, Python, and Oracle to support business requirements.
• Writing complex SQL queries and optimizing database performance.
• Supporting operational reporting and portfolio control systems to ensure consistent data flow and reporting accuracy.
• Automating processes and ensuring quality assurance across programs to improve efficiency.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and delivering reporting and control solutions.
• Ensuring compliance with data governance standards and managing software inventory reporting.
• Presenting data findings through Excel and other reporting tools, ensuring clear communication to stakeholders.
• Supporting front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for integration with reporting systems and SharePoint lists.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years in SQL development, data analysis, and reporting.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Oracle, and related technical skills.
• Strong experience with Excel, data analysis, and process automation.
• Experience in financial services governance, issues management, and process design.
