About the position
The SQL Developer will be responsible for managing data flows that support the sales compensation team, ensuring that sales agents are compensated based on their performance. This role involves pulling data from multiple data warehouses to create metrics for the incentive process and managing the overall incentive workflow. The position requires on-site work in Stamford, CT.
Responsibilities
- Manage data flows that feed the incentive workflows.
- Support the sales compensation team by ensuring accurate data for compensation calculations.
- Pull data from multiple data warehouses to create different data sets.
- Create metrics for the incentive process.
- Manage the overall process of incentives.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of development experience as an ETL developer, data developer, data analyst with a strong focus in SQL/Python, or data engineer.
- Strong database knowledge and general programming knowledge.
- Experience with SQL scripting.
- Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, Redshift, Teradata, and SQL Server.
