About the position

The position involves creating and maintaining efficient databases and interfaces to support daily operations at GLOSYS. The role requires designing and coding technical solutions, monitoring system performance, and implementing improvements. The candidate will also conduct technical reviews, train employees, and communicate effectively with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and manage expectations.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain efficient and logical databases and interfaces.
• Design and code superior technical solutions.
• Recognize system deficiencies and implement effective solutions.
• Monitor and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Deliver high-quality software/services to clients.
• Conduct technical design reviews and code reviews.
• Train other employees through formal and informal programs.
• Facilitate team and client meetings.
• Deliver informative and well-organized presentations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate business solutions.
• Manage client expectations and deepen client relationships.
• Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Information Systems or equivalent work experience.
• At least 7+ years of professional experience.
• Experience with AxisPoint CCMS and/or McKesson CareEnhance Review Manager Applications.
• In-depth SQL development experience in various SQL versions (2008/2008R2/2012).
• Experience in Transactional SQL, Stored Procedures, Views, Indexes, SQL Reporting Service (SSRS) and SSIS package development.
• Practical experience in managing MS SQL database security.
• Experience in fine-tuning SQL queries.
• Familiarity with Windows 7, Windows Server 2003/2008/2012.
• Understanding of complex database concepts and implications of different database designs.
• Demonstrated work experience with MS SQL Server relational database management system.
• Significant knowledge of client-server and internet systems architectures.
