HTC Global Services is seeking an experienced SQL Developer to join our team and contribute to the design and implementation of databases. In this role, you will collaborate closely with data architects and database developers to implement data modeling and SQL solutions that streamline and support enterprise information management. As a SQL Developer, you will work collaboratively with all participants in software development projects, providing support to developers and testers as they set up their data schemas and data models. This position also involves close collaboration with module leads, business analysts, and project leadership as the team develops new applications and modules. You will have the opportunity to work with the latest emerging technologies and contribute to the success of our clients while advancing your career in a supportive environment. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and translating business needs into long-term solution data models, evaluating existing data systems, and working with the development team to create conceptual data models and data flows. You will implement data strategies and develop physical data models, update and optimize local and metadata models, and evaluate implemented data systems for variances, discrepancies, and efficiency. Troubleshooting and optimizing data systems will also be a key part of your role, ensuring that our data management processes are efficient and effective.
