About the position

The SQL ETL Developer will analyze, design, and develop ETL packages and SSRS reports for the DHR Dashboards project. This role requires expertise in Data Warehousing and DataMart, focusing on developing, scheduling, and implementing SSIS packages to load data into SQL Server Database. The developer will collaborate with the Project Manager, Database Administrator, and Power BI developer to gather requirements, plan migrations, and implement dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and develop ETL packages and SSRS reports for the DHR Dashboards project.
• Develop, schedule, and implement SSIS packages for loading data from multiple resources into SQL Server Database.
• Assist the Project Manager, Database Administrator, and Power BI developer with requirements gathering and migration planning.
• Implement security access and dashboards for the project.
• Develop complex SSRS reports using SSIS packages.
• Implement .Net and C# script tasks in SSIS.
• Analyze multiple source systems and build transformation rules for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Develop stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers using SQL Server and TSQL.
• Schedule ETL and data refresh scripts.

Requirements

• 8+ years of IT experience focusing on Data warehousing, Data modeling, Data integration, Data Migration, ETL process, and Business Intelligence.
• Strong knowledge of databases and related technologies (SQL, OLAP, etc.).
• Deep understanding of the Data Warehousing SDLC and architecture of ETL, reporting, and BI tools.
• Strong skills in ETL mappings to load data from various sources into the Data warehouse.
• Experience in developing complex SSRS reports using SSIS packages.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Microsoft Power BI tools.
• Knowledge of logical, physical, and relational data modeling.
