About the position

The SQL ETL Developer role involves complex data and software integrations across various platforms and data sources. The position requires a strong background in ETL processes, data migration, and system integrations, with a focus on enhancing data transfer and developing interfaces. The developer will be responsible for requirements analysis, project planning, and preparing technical documentation, ensuring effective deployment and testing of solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements analysis and structured systems analysis and design.
• Perform feasibility studies and project planning for data integration projects.
• Develop and implement data migration strategies and system integrations.
• Enhance data transfer processes and develop interfaces for various applications.
• Integrate APIs and conduct thorough testing of developed solutions.
• Deploy solutions to production and prepare technical and procedural documentation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with the Snowflake Platform, including data lake functionality and cloud data warehouse capabilities.
• 7+ years of experience in ETL processes.
• 5+ years of experience with Snowflake and ETL for enterprise applications.
• Strong expertise in Python, SQL/ETL, and API programming.
• Experience in developing extract, load, and transform software, preferably using FME Desktop and Server.
• Familiarity with Tyler's Enterprise Data Platform products, including DBT for ETL/ELT.

Nice-to-haves

• 5+ years of experience in application development or support.
• 3+ years of experience in traceability, reporting, and analysis.
