As a SQL / Power BI Developer at ICF, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the data reporting experience for a diverse range of clients. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to support business owners with rapidly evolving client demands. Your primary focus will be on providing quick turnaround analytic support while managing multiple tasks effectively. You will leverage the team's established best practices and development approaches to streamline your development efforts, ensuring that you can deliver high-quality analytics efficiently and at scale. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the construction and architecture of Power BI analytics, applying industry best practices for system development and security. Your expertise will not only help meet client requirements but also contribute to the growth of the team's capabilities. You will work closely with data analysts who will share requirements and documentation, allowing you to provide feedback and suggest alternative report designs before building custom data analytic and reporting solutions, including dashboards and scorecards. Your daily tasks will be varied and may include maintaining data integrity across various energy efficiency programs, troubleshooting data quality issues, and updating and maintaining custom reports. Additionally, you may be required to participate in periodic drug testing and background checks as part of the employment process.
