The SQL & Salesforce SOSQL Admin/Developer will build relationships and collaborate with business management and users, development teams, and other stakeholders to gather, analyze and prioritize technology requests. The focus will be on data intake, cleansing, organizing, enriching and delivery. This individual will mainly support and maintain the firm's data environments in Oracle and Salesforce platforms. They will be proactive and forward-thinking with recommending enhancements or new processes that drive efficiency, scalability, and end user satisfaction. This role involves maintaining, configuring, managing, and performing ongoing development of Level Four's SQL and Salesforce platforms including data processing, data movement, reporting, dashboards, workflows, data loading and API management. The SQL & Salesforce Admin/Developer will also assist in managing, prioritizing, escalating, and resolving internal support data requests, and participate in the development and support of the Oracle RDBMS, Salesforce platform and related applications, including Celigo and other API iPass solutions. The essential responsibilities include ensuring the daily operations of data management, creating complex SQL and SOQL queries, collaborating with organizational leaders, and maintaining data integrity and consistency across the Salesforce platform. This position requires proactive communication about system and related processes best practices, and the ability to carry out responsibilities with minimal supervision for complex tasks.
