About the position

The SQL Server DBA position at Swedium Global involves providing onsite support for Microsoft SQL Server databases in Gulf countries. Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for Microsoft SQL Server databases.
• Manage installations, patching, backups, and restores of SQL Server.
• Handle database mirroring and failover processes.
• Manage incidents and ticketing related to database issues.
• Perform performance tuning and optimization of SQL databases.
• Ensure database security and conduct auditing as per standards.
• Adhere to SLA norms and ensure compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a SQL Server DBA.
• Experience working on 3 to 5 projects as a SQL Server DBA.
• MSCA MS SQL 2019 Certification is mandatory.
• Proficient in production support and database management tasks.
