About the position

The SQL Server Developer role involves developing and maintaining database solutions using Microsoft SQL Server. The position requires expertise in writing complex SQL functions, stored procedures, and triggers, as well as optimizing queries and ensuring database performance. The developer will also be responsible for ETL processes and may work with various reporting and analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain database solutions using Microsoft SQL Server.
• Write complex functions, stored procedures, and triggers.
• Optimize queries and perform performance tuning.
• Design and implement ETL processes using SSIS.
• Analyze and troubleshoot database issues.
• Collaborate with team members on database design and development methodologies.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in Microsoft SQL Server development.
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL functions, stored procedures, and triggers.
• Experience with indexes, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Good analysis and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with ETL techniques and SSIS design and development.
• Sound knowledge of analysis, design, and development methodologies.

Nice-to-haves

• Exposure to SSRS, SSAS, C#, .Net, Java, RTC.
• Knowledge of cloud security strategies.
