O'Neil Digital Solutions (ODS) is seeking a Level III SQL Developer to join our software development team in Plano, TX. In this role, the SQL Developer will collaborate closely with the Software Engineering team to design, develop, enhance, and maintain software applications. The ideal candidate will have experience with performance tuning, ETL processes, and SSIS/SSRS, as well as a strong background in software development. This position requires a proactive approach to leading the design and development of Job Scheduler-based client applications, utilizing T-SQL and following the Agile/Scrum development process. The SQL Developer will also conduct code reviews and quality assurance processes to ensure adherence to software development standards, while prioritizing tasks to meet project milestones and delivery deadlines. Candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders, and the position requires a minimum of an Associate's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field. The successful candidate will demonstrate 3-5 years of experience with SQL, SSIS, and Stored Procedure development, along with strong leadership and communication skills. The work environment is primarily office-based, requiring the ability to sit for extended periods and perform essential job duties effectively.
