We are currently seeking a Senior Account-Based Marketing (ABM) & Digital Marketing Manager - AI to join our ABM-Digital team. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth by creating awareness and engagement for Anaplan solutions within our target accounts. Reporting to the Director of Digital and ABM, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, plan, manage, and optimize integrated global marketing campaigns across various channels. In this position, you will develop and execute marketing programs that drive awareness and engagement, leveraging channels such as paid media, webinars, email, CTV, search, retargeting, content syndication, and third-party partnerships. You will spearhead brand marketing programs, working closely with internal teams to understand key differentiators and industry pain points, tailoring messaging to resonate with decision-makers. Additionally, you will identify trends and insights, optimizing marketing activities based on learnings to improve performance. Your role will also involve managing budget planning, forecasting, and vendor selection, as well as monitoring and reporting campaign performance with a focus on ABM and pipeline metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing programs that drive awareness and engagement across various channels.
  • Spearhead brand marketing programs, tailoring messaging to resonate with decision-makers.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize marketing activities and improve performance.
  • Interface with stakeholders across the Solutions and GTM team to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Leverage internal project management teams to align resources across Solutions, GTM, Sales, MOPS, and Marketing teams.
  • Partner closely with Field Marketing to support AMER, EMEA, and APAC regional teams.
  • Manage budget planning, forecasting, accruals, and PO requisitions for designated campaigns.
  • Oversee vendor selection and contracts as needed.
  • Monitor and report campaign performance with granular tracking across relevant channel KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of B2B demand generation experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Extensive experience in developing creative campaigns and executing email marketing, social advertising, content syndication, SEM, and paid digital.
  • Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to track campaign performance and associated spend.
  • Experience managing outsourced marketing agencies for creative, video, and web/SEO support.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Adept at working within a fast-paced, client-facing, ever-changing environment.
  • Collaborative and flexible with a growth mindset.
