As a Sr. ABM & Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by creating awareness and engagement for Anaplan solutions within our target accounts. Reporting to the Director of Digital and ABM, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, plan, manage, and optimize integrated global marketing campaigns across various channels. Your impact will be felt through the development and execution of marketing programs that leverage paid media, webinars, email, CTV, search, retargeting, content syndication, and third-party partnerships. You will spearhead brand marketing programs, tailoring messaging to resonate with decision-makers by understanding key differentiators and industry pain points. In this role, you will also be responsible for managing budget planning, forecasting, accruals, and PO requisitions for designated campaigns, as well as overseeing vendor selection and contracts as needed. Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance will be essential, with a focus on ABM and pipeline metrics, ensuring that all marketing activities are optimized based on insights and trends. Your qualifications will include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with 7+ years of B2B demand generation experience in a SaaS environment. Strong communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, will be key to your success in this fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing programs that drive awareness and engagement across various channels.
  • Spearhead brand marketing programs by tailoring messaging to resonate with decision-makers.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize marketing activities and improve performance.
  • Interface with stakeholders across the Solutions and GTM team to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Leverage internal project management teams to align resources across various departments for campaign execution.
  • Partner closely with Field Marketing to support regional teams in AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Manage budget planning, forecasting, accruals, and PO requisitions for campaigns.
  • Oversee vendor selection and contracts as needed.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance with a focus on ABM and pipeline metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of B2B demand generation experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Extensive experience in developing creative campaigns and executing email marketing, social advertising, content syndication, SEM, and paid digital.
  • Strong reporting capabilities to track campaign performance and associated spend.
  • Experience managing outsourced marketing agencies for creative, video, and web/SEO support.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Adept at working in a fast-paced, client-facing, ever-changing environment.
  • Collaborative and flexible with a growth mindset.
