About the position

The Sr. Account Development Executive will be part of a rapidly expanding delivery network aimed at recruiting small business delivery partners. This role focuses on transforming local businesses by providing them with opportunities to earn extra income through delivery services. The position requires a strong sales leader who can excel in a fast-paced environment, engage in cold calling, build relationships with community leaders, and effectively utilize data and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit new business partners to become part of Hub Delivery.
  • Engage in cold calling to generate leads and build relationships.
  • Analyze data to identify potential business partners and opportunities.
  • Interface with technology and CRM (Salesforce) to manage relationships and track progress.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in cold calling and sales leadership.
  • Strong ability to build relationships with community leaders.
  • Experience in data analysis to drive decision-making.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.

  • Experience in operational improvement and prospecting.
