About the position

The Senior Account Executive position focuses on expanding the client portfolio and managing existing relationships within the commercial flooring sector. This role involves collaborating with senior management to set sales goals, identify target markets, and provide tailored solutions to clients, ensuring high-quality service and execution in flooring projects.

Responsibilities

  • Grow the expanding portfolio of clients.
  • Work with existing clients to maintain and enhance relationships.
  • Collaborate with the GM and SVP to develop sales goals.
  • Identify and target market channels for sales opportunities.
  • Consult with potential customers to provide flooring solutions.
  • Close sales deals effectively.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in commercial flooring sales.
  • Experience in commercial sales, construction, or facility services.
  • Outside B2B sales experience.
  • Knowledge of various flooring products such as epoxy, polished concrete, carpeting, and hardwood.
  • Account management experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Construction experience preferred.
