About the position

The Sr. Account Executive, Healthcare Connectivity Solutions at T-Mobile is responsible for selling the company's 5G Advanced Network Solutions portfolio to healthcare organizations. The position involves managing relationships with existing clients and prospecting new opportunities within the healthcare sector, requiring a deep understanding of the industry's connectivity needs.

Responsibilities

  • Sell T-Mobile's 5G Advanced Network Solutions to healthcare organizations.
  • Manage relationships with existing healthcare clients and prospect new opportunities.
  • Drive revenue by identifying new opportunities and managing a sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with healthcare executives and internal teams to ensure successful adoption of solutions.
  • Engage with C-level healthcare leaders to understand their business challenges and propose tailored solutions.
  • Develop and manage a healthy funnel of opportunities using the MEDDPICC process.
  • Conduct executive briefings and articulate business transformation messages to clients.
  • Attend trade shows and interact with industry consultants to promote T-Mobile's offerings.
  • Research business information about prospects and manage contract negotiations.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of the healthcare industry's connectivity needs.
  • Experience in consultative sales and client engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of technical infrastructure (wireline & wireless).
  • Ability to develop vertical-specific use cases for 5G solutions.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with telemedicine and digital health services.
  • Familiarity with sales force automation and funnel management tools.
