About the position

The Sr. Account Executive, Healthcare Connectivity Solutions at T-Mobile is responsible for selling the company's 5G Advanced Network Solutions portfolio to healthcare organizations. This role aims to enhance connectivity, streamline clinical operations, and improve patient care through innovative networking solutions. The position involves managing relationships with existing clients and prospecting new opportunities, requiring a deep understanding of the healthcare industry's connectivity needs.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new opportunities in the healthcare sector and manage a sales funnel.
  • Accurately forecast business and close deals with healthcare organizations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare executives and internal teams to ensure successful adoption of T-Mobile's solutions.
  • Engage with C-level healthcare leaders to understand their business challenges and propose tailored connectivity solutions.
  • Drive strategy and manage the entire sales cycle, from building value propositions to negotiating and closing deals.
  • Perform executive briefing engagements with senior-level field sales teams and C-level client leaders.
  • Articulate the business transformation message leveraging the value of 5G Private Networks.
  • Communicate how T-Mobile can enable industry 4.0 capabilities to boost productivity through advanced technologies.
  • Develop proven vertical-specific use cases for 5G ANS proliferation.
  • Attend trade shows and interact with clients and industry consultants to promote T-Mobile's offerings.
  • Utilize sales force automation and prospecting tools to manage sales activities and generate reports.
  • Conduct contract and sales negotiations.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of Business to Business (B2B) sales experience with high tech sales.
  • 4 years of experience selling complex product solutions as a lead salesperson or customer-facing Solutions Engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare sector and connectivity products.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Solid presentation skills and business acumen.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience selling product solutions into Fortune 500 & 1,000 accounts.
  • Experience in complex solutions/applications.
