About the position

The Client Solutions Manager at Robert Half is responsible for driving business development and account management within the technology staffing sector. This role involves marketing services to commercial clients, generating new business, and providing exceptional customer service while managing client relationships. The position requires a blend of sales, recruiting, and strategic account management skills to effectively meet client needs and secure ongoing business.

Responsibilities

  • Market the services of Robert Half Technology to commercial clients to generate new business.
  • Generate and conduct virtual and in-person client visits.
  • Create and execute digital & email marketing campaigns for business development.
  • Negotiate and establish contractual/recruiting agreements with clients.
  • Qualify client job orders and establish a plan for placement.
  • Provide account management and counsel clients on strategies to attract and onboard talent.
  • Educate clients on current national and local market trends surrounding employment conditions and technical salary ranges.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with qualified clients to secure future needs.
  • Coordinate interview and placement activities in partnership with talent managers, recruiters, and recruiting coordinators.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales, marketing, and/or account management.
  • 3+ years' experience in business development strategies including tele prospecting, cold-calling, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Zoominfo.
  • Interest and/or experience in technology, preferably in IT, SaaS, or managed services.
  • Background in temporary staffing, recruiting, and/or talent acquisition is preferred.
  • At least 3+ years' experience in customer service is required.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
  • Experience in staffing and/or recruiting, human resources is preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience selling IT, SaaS, and/or technology solutions.
  • Background in temporary staffing, recruiting, and/or talent acquisition.
