About the position

The Senior Account Manager will oversee a portfolio of tier 1 client accounts within a leading marketing and advertising agency. This role is crucial for maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with a deep understanding of the senior living industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of tier 1 client accounts and serve as their primary point of contact
• Collaborate with the creative team, marketing department, and media planning to ensure clients' needs and expectations are met
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase retention and satisfaction
• Participate in brainstorming and creative sessions to develop new and effective marketing strategies
• Monitor campaign performance metrics to identify potential areas for improvement
• Oversee project timelines and manage budgets to ensure successful and efficient execution of campaigns
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to provide updates on project status and gather feedback

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in account management in a marketing or advertising agency
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field
• Experience in senior living marketing is a plus
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Experience in managing a multi-disciplined team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional client visits
