About the position

The Account Manager at Randstad Digital is responsible for driving new business through direct client engagement and territory planning. This role focuses on building lasting relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their needs for mutual success, and strategically positioning Randstad Digital to maximize growth potential within key segments.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends and leverage industry expertise to maximize growth potential.
  • Brand Randstad Digital as the leading partner for talent through strong relationships.
  • Leverage industry knowledge to envision technology transformations for customers.
  • Serve as an expert business consultant within the industry segment.
  • Optimize and amplify current relationships by engaging with clients as their primary contact.
  • Utilize Randstad Digital's strengths to drive digital transformation in various areas.
  • Work closely with project/program management to ensure successful delivery.
  • Establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients at senior levels.
  • Lead the execution of new agreements to surpass revenue and margin expectations.

Requirements

  • 3 years of selling technical products experience.
  • Proven history of expanding services within assigned accounts.
  • Skill in cultivating enduring relationships based on integrity.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and influence abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and creative thinking capabilities.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • A history of outperformance.
  • A Bachelor's degree is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using Google mail, calendaring, and shared drives.
