- Monitor customer accounts and implement appropriate actions when necessary.
- Conduct account and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Maintain the general ledger and make necessary journal entries.
- Use Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks.
- Handle the process of month-end close efficiently.
- Prepare statutory accounting and financial reporting.
- Manage the preparation of seven sets of statutory statements and fifteen sets of audited statements.
Requirements
- Comprehensive understanding of Account Reconciliation processes.
- Proficiency in Balance Sheet Reconciliation.
- Experience with Bank Reconciliations.
- Well-versed with General Ledger management.
- Ability to record and handle Journal Entries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Month End Close procedures.
- Knowledge of Statutory Accounting.
- Capability of producing accurate Financial Reports.
