About the position

Responsibilities
- Manage and ensure all monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting deadlines are met.
- Perform the processing and recording of accounts payable transactions.
- Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
- Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and ensure appropriate resolutions are found.
- Assist the financial management team in making decisions based on financial analysis data.
- Streamlining accounting functions and operations.
- Develop periodic reports for management.
- Assist in forecasting and budget preparation.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (CPA designation is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
- Proven experience working with NetSuite (minimum 2 years).
- Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office Tools.
- In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of discretion for confidential information.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and ensuring deadlines are met.
