About the position

Responsibilities
- Oversee fixed assets and inventory accounting tasks
- Handle AR/AP operations to ensure financial accuracy
- Conduct month-end reconciliations and financial statement preparation
- Ensure tax compliance and oversee payroll operations
- Maintain and update general ledger as required
- Prepare and post accurate journal entries
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for financial management and reporting
- Implement Jonas Club Software for efficient accounting operations
- Perform month-end close procedures and balance sheet reconciliations
- Ensure financial statement preparation is accurate and timely
Requirements
- Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting role
- Proficiency in account reconciliation is required
- Experience with balance sheet reconciliation is necessary
- Applicant should have the ability to perform bank reconciliations
- Mastery of general ledger tasks is a must
- Familiarity with preparing and managing journal entries is expected
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills are essential
- Experience with month end close procedures is required
- Knowledge of Jonas Club Software is a plus
- The ability to prepare financial statements is crucial
