About the position

Responsibilities

• Conduct account reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation to ensure accurate reporting and ledgers
• Prepare and adjust journal entries
• Manage the month-end close process timely and accurately
• Utilize NetSuite for various accounting tasks
• Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial reporting
• Handle general ledger functions
• Ensure compliance with all internal processes
• Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.

Requirements

• Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience as a senior accountant
• Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with NetSuite software is a significant plus
• Demonstrated abilities in account reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation
• Familiarity with preparing and posting journal entries
• Experience in completing month end close processes
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be authorized to work in the specified location.
