About the position

The Sr. Accounting & Finance Manager at Adecco is responsible for maintaining accuracy in financial records and reporting, managing cash operations, optimizing workflows, leading issue resolution, and supervising accounting staff. This role is crucial for ensuring financial integrity and operational efficiency within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy in financial records and reporting.
• Manage cash operations including oversight of payments and receipts.
• Optimize existing workflows.
• Lead issue resolution based on direction.
• Supervise accounting staff as a senior manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years' related work experience
• Bilingual fluency in both Japanese and English required
• CPA required
• Experience with JDE (ERP) a plus
• Experience with DIVA a plus
• Good understanding of accounting rules, particularly IFRS
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating interdepartmentally.
