About the position

The Sr. Accounts Receivable Administrator is a contract position focused on managing customer accounts for credit and collection functions. This role involves working collaboratively with a team to ensure effective account management, contributing to the delivery of new therapies to patients and their families, and gaining valuable experience in the credit and collections field.

Responsibilities

  • Set up new customer accounts
  • Vet potential accounts for creditworthiness and AML compliance
  • Maintain existing customer accounts within SAP
  • Monitor and enforce customer credit limits
  • Active collection against open account balances
  • Work with customers to resolve invoice/account disputes
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets for specific customers within Excel
  • Process, print, and mail/email monthly statements for all customers
  • Submit new invoices to customers daily via email/mail
  • Negotiate payout of delinquent accounts with customers
  • Prepare monthly reconciliations for LUH and AHI affiliates
  • Distribute reconciliations to parent company and affiliate partners
  • Provide annual reports/support to auditors
  • Provide quarterly input/reporting for Allowance for Doubtful Accounts

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Minimum four (4) years of accounting or collections related fields
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Proficiency in SAP, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Google Suite

Nice-to-haves

  • Some college training in Business Administration (preferred)
  • Intensive knowledge in credit and collection fields (preferred)
  • Experience with Accounts Receivable system (SAP AR) (preferred)
