KBR is seeking a Sr. Acquisition Program Manager to support the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center's (AFLCMC) C-130 Program Office at Robins AFB, GA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in program management within the United States Air Force, specifically focusing on cost and schedule analysis, as well as risk assessments. This role is critical in ensuring that the program meets its objectives safely and effectively while adhering to time, cost, technical, quality, and other performance criteria. The Sr. Acquisition Program Manager will be responsible for developing comprehensive program documentation to support Requests for Proposal, Milestone Decisions, and Acquisition Strategies. This includes providing technical analysis and integrating various aspects of program management such as engineering, procurement, financial management, and environmental management. The candidate will ensure that program requirements and statements of work are detailed and planned adequately for execution. In addition to documentation, the role involves participating in an advisory capacity to conduct analyses, draft, and deliver source selection evaluation inputs. The candidate will provide recommendations to ensure that project information is effectively integrated into the existing program strategy. The position requires employing integration, communication, coordination, organizational, and planning expertise across numerous functional disciplines to support technical and acquisition efforts. The Sr. Acquisition Program Manager will also perform a range of program management activities, including gathering program information, conducting analyses, developing program strategies, milestone planning, tracking, and scheduling, as well as establishing and maintaining databases. The role includes analyzing program activities related to acquisition program planning, financial management, cost analysis, and documentation requirements. The candidate will compile and review budgets against actual performance to control budgets and facilitate proper financial decisions. Moreover, the candidate will aid in developing and implementing strategies to achieve program objectives, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory documentation. The role requires participation in budget and schedule preparation, performing financial analyses, and supporting the customer Program Manager in executing their mission effectively. The candidate will also support program progress reviews and assist in creating higher-level executive agency system acquisition or program summary reports. Advanced expertise in DoD, Agency, and industry standards and engineering requirements is essential, as the candidate will advise colleagues on the interpretation of these standards within the context of program objectives.
