About The Position

As a Senior Administrative Partner, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to leaders within the Corporate Tax segment. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, assisting with tax filings, managing departmental budgets, and handling communications on behalf of the supported leaders. You will also assist with onboarding new employees, manage travel arrangements, and support various business-wide projects.

Requirements

  • High school diploma with 4+ years of related experience; 6+ years preferred.
  • Experience in coordinating travel arrangements and detailed calendar management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including grammar and spelling.
  • Ability to gather and consolidate data from various sources.
  • Ability to prioritize assignments and adapt to changing tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability in using various business applications.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with budget management and financial reporting.
  • Familiarity with tax filing processes and documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage schedules for department leaders, including responding to meeting invitations and negotiating optimal meeting times.
  • Coordinate tactical meetings, including scheduling, room setup, catering, and preparing agendas and materials.
  • Assist with regular tax filings by gathering and compiling necessary documentation.
  • Accurately manage the departmental budget, ensuring all entries are logged and reported to leaders.
  • Provide moderate inbox management, categorizing and prioritizing messages for the supported leaders.
  • Draft and edit monthly reports, order supplies, and manage role and access requests.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, including ordering technology and scheduling meetings.
  • Research and book travel arrangements, manage expense submissions, and track departmental expenses.
  • Provide training and guidance on technology platforms used within the department.
