About the position

As a Sr. Advance Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineer at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our mixed signal products through effective test engineering practices. This position involves leading and coordinating the testing activities for silicon wafer testing, which is essential for the development of our advanced semiconductor technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and specifications, ensuring that all testing processes align with our high standards of quality and performance. Your expertise in test methodologies and tools will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive test plans and procedures that meet the needs of our production environment. In this role, you will analyze test results and provide valuable insights and recommendations for product improvements, contributing to the overall enhancement of our solutions. Your technical guidance and support will empower the test engineers in your team to excel in their roles and deliver high-quality results. You will report directly to our Wafer Fab Engineering Manager and will have the opportunity to work out of our Richardson, TX location on a flexible work schedule. This position not only requires a strong technical background but also the ability to lead and mentor others, fostering a collaborative environment that drives innovation and excellence in semiconductor manufacturing.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the testing activities for silicon wafer testing
  • Develop and execute test plans and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and specifications
  • Analyze test results and provide recommendations for product improvements
  • Provide technical guidance and support to test engineers

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in developing software and hardware test solutions for wafer level testing of Mixed Signal circuits
  • Experience with Teradyne, LTX, COHU or similar test equipment
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
  • 5 years' experience working in Production Manufacturing
  • 2 years' experience in C/C++ or similar used on automated wafer testing

Nice-to-haves

  • 2 years developing test programs for Digital ASIC chips
