About the position

The Sr Advanced Scrum Master Team Lead position at Schneider Electric is a pivotal role that combines leadership with project management in a dynamic environment. This position requires a minimum of a BS/BA degree and 5-8 years of directly related experience, particularly in supervisory or program/project management roles with global operational exposure. The successful candidate will oversee teams of employees, motivating them to effectively complete their job duties related to board changes, project prioritization, and the end-to-end project and product lifecycle execution. In this role, the Team Leader will be responsible for training new employees and providing daily objectives to team members. They will develop and implement reward systems to enhance employee productivity, drive standard and scalable process improvements, and foster collaboration with cross-functional teams. Communication with upper management is essential to determine the best methods for achieving business goals. The position includes all Scrum Master duties as defined, as well as responsibilities related to Product Evolution Programs and Quality Value Engineering Projects as identified by the business. The Team Lead will provide leadership for the NAM Hub H&D Board of Change (BOC) team members and manage allocated R&D investments for various BOCs. They will develop strategies that team members can utilize to better achieve project goals, assign tasks, determine completion timelines, and monitor progress to ensure projects remain on track and on schedule. Clear communication of instructions to team members, management of day-to-day operations, and the creation and distribution of reports to update the company on team progress are also key responsibilities. Additionally, the Team Lead will be accountable for process insights, analysis, and execution design for elements of existing products, quality value engineering, and quality shifts.

Requirements

  • Minimum BS/BA degree required.
  • 5 years of experience leading and developing individuals in a supervisory or program/project management position.
  • Deep knowledge of principles, practices, and theories in program/project management.
  • Good organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to develop, implement, and assess performance metrics.
  • Advanced knowledge in common office applications and word processing software.
  • Basic knowledge of company policies and procedures.
  • Understanding of safety practices.
  • Strong customer service skills.
