About the position

The Sr. Advertising Operations Coordinator - Fulfillment at Comcast is responsible for overseeing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and fulfilling advertising orders to ensure they meet client expectations. This role involves close collaboration with various partner teams to execute complex advertising campaigns across Comcast's owned and operated properties, ensuring a positive customer experience while managing significant revenue. The position requires adherence to strict deadlines and service-level agreements in a fast-paced environment, acting as a subject-matter expert and resource for colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and monitor assigned advertising orders to ensure fulfillment according to client contracts.
  • Communicate effectively with partner departments regarding order status and necessary actions.
  • Proactively monitor campaign pacing and schedules, identifying potential issues and optimizing ad performance.
  • Manage inventory to optimize ad placements and maximize billing opportunities.
  • Utilize analytical skills to resolve issues and prioritize contracts to maximize revenue.
  • Handle high-value programming orders with special care to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Support a high volume of display and video advertising campaigns, including order entry and audience engagement analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and guidelines for advertising content.
  • Troubleshoot advertising checks and processes throughout the day.
  • Provide training and support to new team members during onboarding.
  • Engage with team members and lead meetings as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED required.
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience in advertising operations or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex issues quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with partner teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with multi-screen advertising products.
  • Familiarity with enterprise-level systems for data management.
