About the position

As a member of Avanade's AI team, you will work on building and deploying advanced AI solutions for leading businesses across various industries. This role involves assessing client requirements, leading project delivery, and developing machine learning and AI algorithms using R and Python. You will also engage in pre-sales activities to showcase the application of data science and analytics in solving business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Assess client requirements and design analytics solutions based on data analysis, data science, technology, and business process design
• Lead program delivery and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop machine learning, AI, and statistical algorithms and solutions using R and Python
• Prepare advanced data analysis and present results to business stakeholders, including solution prototypes and Conference Room Pilot sessions
• Participate in pre-sales activities to demonstrate the application of data science and statistics

Requirements

• Significant experience in designing and building AI solutions for customers
• Understanding of structured and unstructured data analysis, streaming data, IoT, artificial intelligence, natural language processing, and related analytics fields
• Experience in implementing/deploying AI solutions in Azure/AWS/GCP
• Hands-on technical experience in data analytics, BI, data warehousing, or data platform development
• Comfortable leading sales and business development opportunities with clients
• Extensive experience developing ML & AI solutions using R and Python

Nice-to-haves

• Advanced degree (PhD) in machine learning, computer science, physics, applied mathematics, or statistics
• Proven scientific research skills, including published papers or conference presentations
