The Senior Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Information Governance Consultant is a pivotal role within the AI and Data Transformation Department at Southwest Airlines. The consultant will be responsible for developing and executing strategies related to records, data, and information retention. This includes creating retention schedules, providing training opportunities, and implementing processes to effectively inventory, retain, or purge company records.
