As a Senior Analyst in AI Operations at Comcast, you will be responsible for leading a variety of programs that involve business reengineering efforts aimed at enhancing our operations and customer experience. This role requires collaboration with a cross-functional team that includes representatives from various divisions such as Marketing, Provisioning, Customer Care, and Technical Operations. Your primary focus will be to understand current challenges and define existing processes while envisioning a future state that can be enabled through technology. You will leverage your in-depth experience and knowledge to determine your work priorities and act as a resource for colleagues with less experience. In this position, you will lead the analysis and design of both existing and new business processes that span multiple areas of the organization. This includes developing scalable processes that align with the company's architectural vision. You will be tasked with deconstructing technical concepts and metrics to facilitate effective process development. Additionally, you will help define success metrics for each new system or process, establishing a plan to track, monitor, and measure the success of those metrics. Your responsibilities will also include completing assessments of business processes, documenting problem statements, process flows, gap analyses, and solution recommendations. You will develop repeatable and scalable plans and processes to expedite time to market and improve operational efficiency. Close interaction with matrixed cross-functional teams will be essential to secure alignment across the organization. You will diagnose, correct, and document issues, risks, and problems using Quality Assurance (QA) practices, while consistently exercising independent judgment and discretion in significant matters. Regular attendance is required, and you must be able to work nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
