We're looking for an insightful and experienced analytics expert or data scientist with communications or marketing experience who can collect and analyze data and translate it into insights that will help us take our communications programs to the next level, while identifying and pursuing new analytic improvements that provide a more complete picture of how key stakeholders are engaging with our content and feeling about our company. This role will report to the Executive Director, Internal Digital Channels & Innovation, and be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data to provide actionable insights and help guide business decisions. You will work closely with key stakeholders, extracting relevant data, and delivering reports, dashboards, and presentations that identify trends, measure performance, and suggest optimizations to improve overall reputation, colleague engagement and effectiveness of communications campaigns.
