About the position

The Senior Analyst, Business Analytics at CVS Health is responsible for supporting the Medicare Enrollment Department through daily reporting, vendor partnership management, auditing, provisioning, and QuickBase development. This role emphasizes member-centric service and requires participation in weekend and holiday rotations, especially during the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (AEP).

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily reporting to support the Medicare Enrollment Department.
• Manage vendor partnerships and ensure effective collaboration.
• Perform auditing and provisioning tasks as required.
• Develop and maintain QuickBase applications to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service to members and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong background in Medicare Operations.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Access, and QuickBase Programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced organizational skills and critical thinking abilities.
• Experience in problem solving and process improvement initiatives.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of VB.net programming.
• Experience with creating flat files, SQL databases, Oracle, and DB2.
• Ability to manage effectively with business partners, vendors, and senior leaders.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
