The Senior Analyst, Branch Operations role is a pivotal position within LPL Financial's Field Management team, which is dedicated to providing comprehensive leadership support to advisors and their staff. This role is essential in ensuring that advisors have the necessary work environments and resources to thrive in their practices. As a Senior Analyst, you will act as the liaison for all deliverables related to the national branch office footprint, which includes overseeing new office setups, enhancements, moves, maintenance, vendor services, technology, equipment, and supplies. Your contributions will directly support LPL's mission of taking care of advisors so they can focus on their clients. In this role, you will partner with various departments, including corporate real estate and sales, to facilitate a seamless site selection and office setup process for new recruits. You will manage the end-to-end office setup process for Regus branches and coordinate the setup of work-from-home offices, ensuring that all necessary resources are provided. Regular communication with branch and admin managers will be crucial, as you will provide updates on the corporate real estate pipeline and drive the communication strategy for branch operations. Additionally, you will oversee move management, onboarding, offboarding, and leave-related activities, ensuring that all key deliverables are executed efficiently. Your ability to collect and analyze feedback regarding work environments will be instrumental in enhancing the employee experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining vendor relationships and managing short-term payment needs for ad hoc items.
