About The Position
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Sr. Analyst, Business Operations to help streamline, scale, and optimize core operational processes across our fast-growing business. Natera is revolutionizing how patients are monitored, managed, and treated. This role offers the opportunity to build foundational business processes, support strategic initiatives, and contribute directly to our mission of improving patients’ lives through cutting-edge diagnostics and precision medicine. This role will sit on a data-driven Business Operations team, responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling operational processes and tools across functions. Equal parts builder and implementer, this person will serve as a critical connector between business stakeholders (e.g., medical, clinical operations, sales, marketing) and technical teams (e.g., Salesforce, Analytics, Product), translating business needs into sustainable solutions that drive efficiency, clarity, and performance.
