About the position

As a Senior Analyst in Commercial Operations, you will support the offer development process for Enterprise deals across various US Business Segments and assist in the ongoing support of the US Region Contract and Pricing Council. This role focuses on implementing complex contract activities, managing business opportunities and risks, and providing ad-hoc analytics reporting. You will collaborate with multiple teams to drive best-in-class contract operations and analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and interpret Corporate BDX Agreements to ensure accurate and timely payments according to contract terms.
  • Ensure timely execution of rebate payments and maintain clear communication with team members, customers, and account representatives.
  • Analyze and resolve disputed rebates, providing variance analysis reporting to identify fluctuations in sales.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to review and resolve contract eligibility or rebate issues.
  • Initiate continuous improvement activities and conduct root cause analysis to prevent errors in payments.
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting to key business partners and the sales team.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiencies.

Requirements

  • Minimum BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or related field, or 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • 4-6 years of demonstrated analysis experience in Contracts Operations.
  • Understanding of commercial contract development and management.
  • Ability to act with speed, agility, and accountability to drive outcomes.
  • Highly analytical problem solver with solid business acumen.
  • Ability to engage with key business partners and evaluate analytics for strategic recommendations.
  • Advanced working knowledge in Excel, Database (Access, SQL, Oracle), and Data Mining tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Power BI.
  • 5-7 years of experience with Medical Device Consumables products and services preferred.
