About the position

The position serves as a centralized resource for the Account Team at JLL, focusing on compliance and operational excellence. The role involves interaction with the Account Leadership team, site teams, and clients to ensure business objectives are met. The ideal candidate will manage training systems, onboarding processes, and communications while supporting compliance and records management across the account.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain account training matrix for client and corporate compliance.
  • Manage Master Account Calendars and schedule account-wide training and meetings.
  • Track employee training for corporate and client compliance.
  • Conduct administrative and compliance training.
  • Train team on records management and shared storage environments.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring compliance with contract and JLL requirements.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for employee inquiries and troubleshooting.
  • Handle account badging requests and manage access for FM/PDS/Vendor.
  • Ensure new employees have necessary equipment on Day One.
  • Submit requests for Contractor IDs, User IDs, and Remote Access through security access tracking systems.
  • Schedule and conduct onboarding training.
  • Participate in client MSP Attestation and compliance audits.
  • Facilitate and support recurring account meetings and communications.
  • Create, manage, and distribute communications and presentations that maintain brand standards.
  • Support account portal, Teams pages, and SharePoint for optimization and efficiency.
  • Establish and monitor procedures for record keeping and ensure data security and confidentiality.
  • Assist with documentation of processes and ensure adherence across the account.
  • Participate in Recognition Programs and promote team engagement.
  • Maintain account Functional Matrix and Org Charts/Rosters.

Requirements

  • Engaging and confident in facilitating group meetings.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), SharePoint, and Smartsheet.
  • Strong planning and organizing skills to establish action plans and evaluate results.
  • Ability to learn quickly when faced with new problems and challenges.
  • Ability to start and complete projects independently.
  • Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience preferred.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in commercial real estate or related fields.
  • Familiarity with compliance and operational excellence in a corporate environment.
