As a Senior Analyst in Customer Service Supply Chain at WK Kellogg Co, you will play a crucial role in ensuring product availability and optimizing inventory levels. Responsibilities
- Develop and manage personalized customer and replenishment strategies in assigned market area.
- Influence customer Replenishment managers to support replenishment policies that maximize product availability.
- Act as a Supply Chain advocate for Field Sales Partners and corporate departments.
- Utilize system tools and data for exceptional customer service and inventory management.
- Focus on improving case-fill and reducing cuts while delivering on-time.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED and demonstrated relevant Consumer Packaged Goods experience.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to influence others.
- Proven success in a team environment and ability to deliver results.
- Independent problem-solver with robust leadership skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to communicate complex information.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Retail Link and Luminate.
- Experience in other related systems such as Orchestro, TR3, Tableau.
