About the position

The Sr. Analyst, Digital Engagement Execution at Lowe's is responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing enterprise events, campaigns, and promotional initiatives aimed at enhancing the digital business. This role involves managing the end-to-end processes for Lowes.com events and promotions, utilizing testing and analytics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize the digital experience. The analyst will also review post-event reports to provide actionable insights for future improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate and maintain relationships with cross-functional groups such as Merchants, Brand Marketing, Pricing & Promotions, Digital Production, and digital commerce partners to support online campaigns/promotions.
  • Execute online event, campaign, and promotional work of medium to large scope.
  • Track and document campaign and promotional timelines, action steps, and project status, providing weekly updates to leadership.
  • Oversee and leverage campaign and promotional dashboards, building reports to interpret and communicate performance using tools like Adobe Analytics, Medallia, Fullstory, and Power BI.
  • Lead process improvement efforts within the campaign and promotional planning and execution processes.
  • Actively lead and participate in team discussions, business reviews, and recurring huddles/touchpoints.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate and optimize the end-to-end online customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Develop and present communications to partner teams at varying levels that convey the right message effectively to the appropriate audience.
  • Serve as mentor and coach for team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, or related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field).
  • 4-5 years relevant experience.
