About the position

The Digital Product Architecture Team within the Digital Solutions business unit at iCrossing is an integral part of a cross-functional team dedicated to driving client outcomes. This team leverages iCrossing's strengths across various competencies, from strategy to technical delivery, to ensure that client needs are met effectively. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in clarifying client requirements and aligning them with their long-term goals. You will be embedded within Agile delivery teams, where your responsibilities will include documenting, guiding, and communicating the overall solution to ensure successful project execution. In this role, you will define and document digital transformation journeys, mapping them to pragmatic and executable functional requirements. You will assist in performing maturity assessments and developing strategic roadmaps that help clients establish and achieve their digital objectives. Your ability to bridge key stakeholders will be crucial in enabling experience capabilities, as you work with digital, integration, and data technologies to design and implement innovative customer experience strategies. You will also be responsible for amplifying the voices of customers, employees, and partners to guide the development of practical digital solutions. As a key team member in digital technology and strategy engagements, you will build client relationships, map key technical inputs, and contribute to project delivery and overall program success. Additionally, you will help shape the experience-led growth agenda by using human and market insights to identify future growth opportunities and assist clients in innovating new products, services, and business models.

Responsibilities

  • Define and document digital transformation journeys including mapping to pragmatic executable, functional requirements
  • Assist in performing maturity assessments and developing strategic roadmaps to help clients establish and achieve their digital objectives
  • Bridge key stakeholders to enable experience capabilities - work with digital, integration, and data technologies to design and implement new customer experience strategies and innovative solutions
  • Find and amplify the voices of the customer, employee, and partner to guide innovative, practical digital solutions
  • Be a key team member in digital technology and strategy engagements - build the client relationship, map key technical inputs, project delivery, and overall program success
  • Help shape the experience-led growth agenda - use human and market insights to frame future growth opportunities, and help clients to innovate new products, services and business models

Requirements

  • 5-7 years working with business and technical teams in the digital domain
  • Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and with the ability to interact with different levels of end users, business leaders, and technical resources
  • Experience with digital tools, such as marketing automation, email tooling or web analytics
  • Demonstrated technical mastery, analytical and have excellent problem-solving skills
  • Expert in data driven decision making, eager to learn, creative thinker, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to work both independently and as a member of a cross-functional team with strong sense of ownership
  • Demonstrated awareness of change management and influence mapping to support digital initiatives
  • Ability to act in a leadership role within project delivery teams
